Went to the pool with the kids and had a quick 30mins swim in between play time. Just put some aerobars on my bike too in search of speed!

Just had a 45 min bike/run brick. Tapering down now as the tri is only 6 days away. Beautiful day in Indy!

Pretty average day. Struggled 2nd to last stint and lost a bunch of spots but was decent at the end. Guys did great in the pits! P13

Great hour riding with Sam. Nice to spend time with just the 2 of us. Prob spent most of the time boring her with triathlon talk tho.. Oops!

Really hard 20 mile bike, 4 mile run brick workout tonight. Pushed it a little hard so really feeling the burn right now!

Had a great 30 mile bike ride. Having a cup of tea and watching ALMS race then 6 mile run. Gotta make up 4 lack of training this week!!

Long day today. A little frustrated as after Texas I expected to be a bit stronger here but a few overnight changes will do the trick!

Not quite what we wanted in qual. Start p14 but we should have a good race car. On to warm up in a couple of hours or so.

Got some new running shoes when at the autograph session in Macy's. It's sad to say but I can't wait to give them a try.
